RETURN / CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your purchase for any given reason within a period of 14 calendar days after the delivery of the goods.
However, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, in the same state and packaging - with all the PIUPIA labels and tags intact.
To complete your return, we require that you include the completed returns form with the order reference and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then within 14 days we will give you a full refund excluding the postage costs of your order and the return postage costs to our address in London. The refund will be made by the same payment method you used when you placed your order.
We advise you to return the goods via recorded delivery as we do not take any responsibility for items lost in transit.
If your item is faulty PIUPIA will refund your postage costs.
Items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
PIUPIA will process all returns and exchanges as fast as possible within a period of 14 days.
Please be aware that refunds can take up to 7 working days to appear in your bank account.

We only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged and we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. If the same product is not available you are entitled to a full refund including shipping and return.
If you just want to exchange your item, you will need to return it and then place a new order.
